Each year, we facilitate about 50 strategic workshops with Boards, executive teams and/or stakeholders, work through at least 10 different strategic plans and manage around 20 separate engagements with clients.

Price Submission & Strategy - Vic water corporation
Designed a conceptual framework to fully integrate a Price Submission and refreshed Corporate Strategy for Victoria’s largest regional urban water corporation, so that the whole organisation could be aligned in its efforts to deliver greater value to its customers and communities. Facilitated consideration and resolution of strategic issues across the organisation as part of authoring both Corporate Strategy and Price Submission documents.
Specialist Advice - Wadawurrung
Provided ongoing water policy, planning and legislative advice to assist Aboriginal Water Officers and the broader Gobata Dja Healthy Country team in the Wadawurrung Traditional Owners Aboriginal Corporation (WTOAC) to identify and realise strategic water opportunities that can help to deliver the goals and aspirations of Paleert Tjaara Dja: Let’s make Country good together 2020-2030 (Wadawurrung Healthy Country Plan).
Legislation Implementation Plan, DELWP
Developed a comprehensive plan to guide implementation of complex legislative changes, which will strengthen Victoria’s water delivery rights framework by regulating place, rate and taking of water from a declared water system. The plan established an overarching program architecture to clearly define the work required, including inter-dependencies, resources, roles and responsibilities, so that tight timeframes for delivery could be met.
Policy Reform Roadmap, DELWP
Developed a 12-month workplan that leveraged 5 years of policy discussions, and 10 years of policy reforms prior to that, to establish a collaborative process for stakeholders to reach agreement on a proposed model for reform of water sharing arrangements in the South-Central region. Co-designed the workplan in partnership with water corporations to allow all issues to be addressed and maximise the likelihood of the workplan’s success.
Planning Day, TGG&TB
Facilitated annual Planning Day with Board of Tourism Greater Geelong & The Bellarine, a regional organisation that aims to build a resilient, sustainable and valued visitor economy that celebrates the character and identity of the Greater Geelong and Bellarine region. Helped the Board reflect on current challenges and opportunities, and define why the Board exists through collaborative development of a Purpose Statement.
Strategy, gforce employment + recruitment
Facilitated annual Strategic Planning Day with Board of a “for-purpose” community organisation that exists to help people achieve the benefits of employment. Worked collaboratively with CEO to design the day’s conversations around key elements of the organisation’s corporate strategy and brought the outcomes of the session together into a clear, coherent, compelling strategic document, to be shared with the broader community.
